Black Max is the electronic unit of a Highway Advisory Radio (HAR) system. It supports multiple components, allowing you to add or upgrade your HAR station without replacing the entire system. Black Max was designed specifically for use with HARs, which provide motorists with up-to-the-minute travel and weather information from their standard car radio.
